Susan Mayo

Susan is trained classically to teach Pilates through The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado and has been teaching for more than 15 years. She is a graduate of The Pilates Center Bridge Program, a Pilates Center Host Advisor, and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through The Pilates Method Alliance. She holds a Masters of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and a Masters of Exercise Science from California University of PA. She lives in St Petersburg with her family.
